Pacific Grove’s Good Old Days
April
The 49th Annual Good Old Days Celebration begins at 8am on Saturday, with the annual pancake breakfast at Jewell Park. A parade of antique vehicles, bands, and floats will head down Pine Avenue at 10am.
Don’t miss the popular Police Motorcycle Riding Competition taking place at noon in front of the Police Station on Pine Avenue. Downtown will be filled with over 225 arts, crafts, and food vendors, offering an array of unique and handmade items as well as an international smorgasbord to delight everyone’s palate.
Sunday’s activities include the Firefighter’s Muster–Hose Cart Race, Make and Break Bucket Brigade. Continuous entertainment is provided throughout the 2-day event. The Good Old Days is free to the public and everyone is invited to join Pacific Grove residents in celebration of our historic heritage. Pacific Grove offers an intriguing number of fine art galleries and antique shops. Each storefront offers something uniquely different. While one may be filled with vintage arts & crafts period furnishings, another is stuffed with Victorian extravagances.
